Who is covered?
Our warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable
What is covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials in both mattress and base products and covers (but is not limited to) the following:
- Support structures
- Comfort layers
What is excluded?
- All defects when using a box-spring base (our mattresses are not suitable for box-spring bases)
- Minor imperfections and cosmetic flaws
- Personal preferences relating to firmness or comfort
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear
- Freight damage
- Body contouring
- Natural aroma from materials used in mattress construction
Note: MyBed makes no medical or health claims regarding its products. Discomfort from back or joint problems, allergies or other pre-existing conditions are not covered under this warranty.
It is normal for a new bed to develop body impressions over time as the foam layers contour to your body shape. Regularly rotating your mattress will help to equalise body impressions.
Note: On Pillow-top or Euro-top mattresses approximately 25-35mm height adjustment is considered normal.
We offer a 10-year warranty period on mattress products from the date of original purchase. On all other products or where not otherwise specifically stated the warranty period should be assumed to be 12 months from the date of original purchase.
Note: Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
Repair / Replace / Refund
MyBed reserves the right to repair or replace either parts of the mattress or base or the entire mattress or base at its discretion. In the instance a replacement item is not available we will offer you an alternative or a refund.
Note: MyBed reserves the right to charge additionally for, or deduct from a refund, the cost of shipping wherever it deems appropriate. Customers will be responsible for the removal of the faulty product if disposal is required.
