We have partnered with the biggest and most extensive freight providers to make the process seamless.

Delivery Time

We can normally dispatch a mattress in a box NZ wide the next working day after receiving an order. Delivery routinely takes 5-10 working days (depending on your location) but may vary in some cases – We will contact you immediately if we anticipate that there is going to be a delay.


Because we offer delivery nationwide our system has been designed to send out automated tracking information to the email address you provide at check out. Please remember to check your spam and junk folders for that email, and if you have any questions regarding the whereabouts of your order just drop us a line.

Freight Damage

Unfortunately, sometimes accidents occur so it is important that you thoroughly inspected your goods upon receipt and if you find any damage make sure to note it with the driver before signing for the order. It is very difficult to process claims where damage is reported after receipt of goods and this may mean we are not be able to get recourse through the freight company.


With the best will in the world things don’t always go according to plan, but rest assured our commitment to great customer service means we will never leave you in the lurch. If there’s a problem (an order is delayed, short delivered or damaged) we will do our best to resolve it quickly and to your satisfaction. Comfortable sleep is our commitment to you.

Rural Addresses

Unfortunately, delivery to rural addresses and addresses outside of metropolitan and main centres may take additional time. In some instances, it is not physically possible to deliver to some addresses but often we can deliver to a nearby freight hub or third party where you can collect your order. If you are unsure if your address falls into this category, please contact us.
